DO NOT GO HERE if you value politeness and time management. If I could I would give them zero stars. I made an appointment because my schedule was tight. Upon arriving and on time the lady said I had to wait until the two people before me. When I told her we had an appointment she was extremely rude and said the others were here first. The person at the check in desk at the Cypress location is ALWAYS RUDE. Always, as you can see from multiple reviews. She should not be in any front end position or dealing with patients. 3/5/25 I’ve had my blood drawn twice this year and I’m happy to see that there’s been a staffing change. Everyone I’ve encountered at this location is great! The phlebotomists are skilled and professional and the person at check in is friendly and efficient. It’s a big improvement.

Honestly I'm the WORLDS WORST blood giver or vaccine receiver and out of my many years of life May has done the BEST job! She didn't even skip a beat she didn't argue, react, or even panic at me jumping and running :) somehow she even managed to get all of my blood in record time! Like 3min max!!!!!! Normally it takes several tried even with my giant veins and like 30min of going back and forth about needing me to stay still. I'm very impressed 10/10
