The new location is lacking in patient privacy. The person that took my information was quiet to respect my privacy. She had to keep her voice very low because there is no privacy at all. The employee next to us was so loud. She blabbered the poor man's private information for all the room to hear. She announced to everyone what he was being tested for and what insurance he was using. It was shocking.
As I get older I am discovering i need blood tests a couple of times a year. Labcorp is close to my home and has an excellent website for making appointments. My effort to create an appointment was minimal and was followed up with an email and text before the appointment and the day of as well. The appointment went very well with a single poke blood draw. It seems alot of people commenting aren't aware how blood banks work when you have no appointment... There's people before you . And yes, there is a staff shortage so there's only a few people who work their tail off every single day. I'm a regular here and witness it constantly. Also, it's not hard to find on a map. Litterally a block down from MD Imaging. All the staff here are extremely helpful. Husband could not find the address say court street. ( you know how that went rite ladies) Then when you blow up pictures on map quest you can see its on a different street. Also you need more staff for the Palo Cedro office, I went there first because that is closer to me but no one was there. There was just a sign on the door explaining of there staffing issues. SO I WENT HOME NO BLOOD WORK TODAY and a fight with hubby to boot . Not Profesional. All this all a empty stomach early morning. nothing like driving all over to... read more
Dolores is such a great phlebotomist, I didn’t even felt the needle. Definitely recommend!
