Do not go through LabCorp for COVID testing. I went to Walgreens and they said 1-3 days. Here we are day 5, and no results! If I would have known they used LabCorp, I would have went somewhere else. LabCorp is not prepared for the influx of tests that are coming in right now. If I have a choice, I will never use them for anything medical again.
I am 28 years old drove 45 minutes to get turned away because I had a 3 month old newborn with me. So they wouldn't test me for my job.
My son is 4 and is immunocomprised. We used a "Lab in a box" kit and it was dropped off by my husband at the Loyola/ West Esp location. It was reconciled(specimen/lab order) by the intake person. Two weeks later, only part of his test resulted. I attempted to contact CS through the portal and received no response back. I then called the Labcorp we dropped it off to... We brought our child to LabCorp for blood work on 11/07/2020. Within the first 2 minutes the tech became aggravated and scared my child. My child wasn’t acting up. She told my son she was going to give him 2 needles, one to knock him out and one to withdraw his blood. Then another tech came in crabbed the vials and stated we have to take our child somewhere else, returned the paperwork and told is to leave because they needed the room. Both techs should be fired!
u need to choose the people who works there i took my mom yesterday the lady who serve her she was rude the way she puked my mom was really bad my mom screamed and still have the needle in now my mom hand all blue and hurts she didn't even apologized to her that's suck choose the ppl
I read the reviews with all of the complaints and was expecting a terrible experience, but needed lab work done, I went there and found such friendly helpful people. It’s a shame people only do reviews when they have something to complain about. I would give it five stars

Went for Covid testing 2 days ago...still no results nor can they even confirm that they received the test 😡
