Just walked out of this place. We walked in and the kiosk wasn't working. So we stood in line waiting to check in. The woman working the desk immediately snapped at us for standing there. She was literally the only one working which is ridiculous when you schedule appointments. You should have enough employees to handle all the people. Anyways, when she finally took our paperwork she very rudely told us we had the wrong paperwork and gave no option in helping us get the paperwork. I received a bill from a pap for $641. I don’t have insurance and wasn’t told by the office performing the pap that the bill would be so ridiculous. When I called to speak with Willa, she informed me over and over again she was not hopeful that the bill could be lowered. This was even after I explained that I understand they accept lesser fees for patients that have insurance because the insurance negotiates on the behalf of patients. I’ve had an appointment at 915 and it’s now 950 and I’m walking out without being helped. Shiela M at the front is very rude. A man asked her how much longer it would be and she said she was helping somebody else and go take a seat. I went up a few minutes later and she gave me an attitude and said she doesn’t know. I had an appointment nearly 40 minutes ago.. how are they this bad and this rude? Now I have to rework my schedule a second time to come in and do this screening. This place pisses me off.
