Horrible. Can’t get any one on the phone. Waiting a long time. No one to ask. Hours of service are apparently a secret. Pretty disgusted with Lab Corp. just another shitty company
The first time I was here at 7am they couldn’t find my paperwork. So I have to get the hard copy from my doctor and return a couple weeks later when I can. So I wake up super early so I can get this taken care of before I’m supposed to start work, drive all the way there, but they have moved. So I rush back across town to the new location and now they open an hour later. FML. I have to edit my experience from the last/first time I was here. I apologize for the lack thereof, since I am not proud I am humble enough to state my bad judgement. I’ve had to reappear to this labcorp more than once. Finally got my labs done, on my part getting my instructions done the way I was supposed to. Great lab work from the lab tech. Went into the facility and was yelled at by one of the lab techs. The greeting was not very nice, “What do you need! What are you wanting!” There was no approachable quiet way to greet people coming in for service. Then when the lady looked at my order, she was very immediate on, “No… we shut down at 3:30 pm for those orders, you’ll have come back tomorrow.” Now I understand, maybe this gal was not having a great day, but it really left a sour impression on me. Very friendly staff but an ill-equipped lab. The phones do not work (we called 4 times on different days during working hours and no one answered), and when we arrived the tech confirmed the labs and the Internet they use do not work. Another important thing they did not put on the website: They do not do same day labs!
