Office closed - no notice of cancelled appointment. Fasting since 5:30am wake, arrive for 8am appt for blood draw and they are closed. Surrounding locations booked. I called nearby Oak Park location, totally booked and "different management". You would think a company as large as Labcorp would 1) move people to other locations for appt 2) give notice. Autumn is simply the best, bar none. She is super gentle and listens to your concern plus is extremely organized and efficient. I request all my lab work be completed here.
I am very impressed with how easy the process was and the professionalism of Autumn. She was very quick and ran the testing with ease. Will definitely go back to her again for all my medical testing. Thank you Autumn
Both times I have had blood drawn at this facility they emailed me results but did not email them to my dr who ordered the labs. So now I have to call my dr give her a code and a 800# to call and get the results. Horrible process!!
