Great staff
Today is my second intent to do my lab work, the first time the receptionist was less than a customer services and say she doesn’t receive my papers. She ask me to comback at 6:30 am. Today 6:30 am the person (another one) is alone and she say have to wait up to 2 hrs.
If I could give zero stars, I would!! The person I talked to which was Veronica has the worst customer service and I was only in there for less than 10 minutes!! I walked in because myself and my pediatrician have been trying to get a hold of this place to get the blood results for weeks and nobody has been answering. I had a great experience! Tammy was amazing! She was so good! Usually it takes people forever to find a vein. She did it with no pain or problem. The e check in is the best!
