I went in to drop off my 95 year old mothers specimen, but still had to check in. I didn't have my mother's ID so I checked in as myself. Ridiculous just for a dropoff. 2 days later she had an appointment for blood work. LabCorp out of the clear blue sky cancelled appointment! Also ridiculous with out giving reason. Update: on 10/29/25 brought my mother for routine blood work. Already 10 minutes behind schedule. They seem like they are all new and don't have a clue!! They are slow as molasses!

Had an appointment for bloodwork. Told the desk I had two orders that were sent in o e was for routine bloodwork one for preop bloodwork and obe for b12 by doctor. When they called me in only did preop and b12 bloodwork. Was told thr routine bloodwork was not there. Mind you I was fasting. Went into my portal and lord and behold there were the orders in their system. I was livid when I got home. Called doctor and told me orders were there. They told me they were their. Not according to technician. THEY WERE THERE.

If I could leave no stars I would! Avoid this place if you want to be in and out within an hour. Long wait times, very dismissive attitude from the front reception, I’ve had several questions that aren’t being answered. It’s just overall the worst location I’ve ever been too.
