Very helpful and patient
The customer service team is excellent!!!
This location is very unreliable. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks and received a notification at 10:00 pm the night before my appointment that it was cancelled due to the location suddenly being closed on that day. Extremely unprofessional.
I received a confirmation email for my appointment last night. And then the facility cancelled on me this morning. Seems unprofessional. From other reviews of this facility, it looks like this happens a lot.
Arrived for my appointment only to be greeted with a notice that the office was temporally closed and all patients were being referred to another location. Frustratingly, I received a confirmation email last night for this appointment and nothing was said about a location change. There was no time to drive to the other location before they closed, anyway.
