Absolute worst place to get blood drawn. You make an appointment and still wait 30 to 45 min. The excuse their system is down is what I have heard every time. Is the system ever up!!! Then I waited a month to get my lab results because their system was down. Unbelievable and unprofessional! Unless you have all day and a month to get results don’t waste your time coming here. Even my doctor said good luck with Labcorp their system is always down.
Update: Having become a "regular" customer, I need to add that EVERY visit to this site has been 5 stars. The corporate office should check out this site to learn how to make other Labcorp sites this good. Please just don't take the staff to other sites - they are all great right here. Before: If you must have lab work, this is the location. Everyone there I have encountered has been professional & friendly. They work off the morning backlog quickly.
I visit this place every week and all the ladies at this place are nothing short of amazing. They are kind, patient, and their hands are magic I mostly never feel anything when they are drawing blood.
Came to this location today after leaving the other office on thomas johnson because they're were extremely rude and unprofessional. This location was so friendly they greeted me, helped with my needs. Overall was a great experience! Will definitely use this office From now on.
Very efficient & all the staff is friendly & professional. I've been going there since it opened!
