Came to this location today after leaving the other office on thomas johnson because they're were extremely rude and unprofessional. This location was so friendly they greeted me, helped with my needs. Overall was a great experience! Will definitely use this office From now on.

I thought coming on a saturday would be awful, but after checking in at the kiosk (bring your ID and insurance card!) the reception staff were so, so helpful!! I saw them continuously going above and beyond to help everyone, including one receptionist calling a customer service line for someone waiting cause there was an issue, when she very easily could have said “I don’t know why it was rejected, you should call.” Even the phlebotomist was such an angel sweetie pie, and I barely even felt when she put the needle in!
