I thought coming on a saturday would be awful, but after checking in at the kiosk (bring your ID and insurance card!) the reception staff were so, so helpful!! I saw them continuously going above and beyond to help everyone, including one receptionist calling a customer service line for someone waiting cause there was an issue, when she very easily could have said “I don’t know why it was rejected, you should call.” Even the phlebotomist was such an angel sweetie pie, and I barely even felt when she put the needle in! I had been fasting without water for hours when I deliriously ran (literally lol) into this LabCorp location hoping to kill 2 birds with one stone and get blood work done that I needed before having to get an ultrasound at another location. I didn't have an appointment and fortunately it wasn't crowded but the two ladies who helped me were wonderful!!! I don't understand why they make you schedule an appointment for a specific time if when you arrive you have to wait an hour to be seen. Terrible service at this lab, and the staff is completely unfriendly.
Skip the Solarex location and go to Thomas Johnson. The difference is night and day.
