Unfortunately the front desk has been repeatedly been unprofessional, condescending and disrespectful. She made it very difficult for me to get my labs done. She tried to force me to pay estimated insurance cost when I know my insurance covers all the costs. I refused to pay extra. The last time I was there she refused to fill my doctor's order for advanced PSA test because she thinks she knows more than my urologist and said I don't need it. Where to start...If I give too glowing of a report the wait time could increase. This place is a hidden gem. It's super efficient and clean. The wait times are perfect, but now that I know to make an appointment, it faciitates the check-in and minimizes any wait. The check-in staff and electronic kiosk are amazing. I come here multiple times per year and LOVE that I am remembered and addressed by name even before I check-in! The testing area is immaculate and the techs are excellent at blood draws.
