Had an 8am appt. The process was very fast and efficient. I was in and out of the appt within 15 minutes. The phlebotomist was very patient, caring, and skilled. In the past 4+ years, I've always gotten a purple bruise that lasted for 2 weeks when getting it done at the hospital. This time, none. Very satisfied!

Signed up to take a drug screen online and tried to call multiple times to verify that I was going to the right place. Noone called me back and when I arrived they told me they wouldn't have anyone available to take samples for two weeks!
This was a whirlwind experience. They were extremely disorganized. Most of the time it took was just in them trying to get paperwork and billing in order. The tech who actually drew blood did a very good job with the procedure though. I just have no confidence the lab work will come back in reliable way. Went again and it seems a little better
