Sloooooooooooow! It used to be great in years past. Don't know what happened. They make you check in on an electronic device now. Only 1 person working for 9 people in the waiting area... It really seems like they WANT you to go somewhere else. I left after 45 minutes without being spoken to.
The five stars aren’t for the way this location operates but for Christian specifically. He was the only one working and still was kind enough to take 5/6 people for urine testing after hours. There’s no reason there should be only one person working any medical office. He had to manage appointments, labs, and walk ins all alone. But still had a kind attitude and got everything done.
I made an appointment and even showed up early. They took a walk-in during my appointment time. I wasn’t seen until 30 + min after my scheduled appoint ment time. Why did I make an appointment if you’re not going to see me in time!
First one in no acknowledgment Whatsoever 3 or maybe 4 People came after me check in after me but I’m the last to get seen for just a drug screen. Will not return.
went to this location and there was only one technician working both the front desk and the blood draw. The second one left. I have been waiting for hours. This place is not serious.
