My experience yesterday in Santa Cruz was great. No pain, and no bruising! The male phlebotomist is excellent, friendly and helpful too!
Walked into Labcorp in Freedom because Quest didn't have my appointment. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very professional. They made it all easy for me. Goodbye Quest.
I use this lab all the time. The lab tech is excellent. He's kind and professional. I had too many bad experiences at Quest So I highly recommend this lab if you want a good experience. DEFINITELY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT walk-ins are served when.no appointments are scheduled
The person at the front desk was very nice, but I left without completing my labs because there were 7 people crammed in a tiny room with no ventilation or air filtration, and not a single person (not even the provider) in a mask. No heat running but 10 degrees warmer than outside - disgusting. I’m chronically ill and services here are inaccessible to me because there’s no infection control at all practiced.
