Absolutely terrible the appointment system does not work, and the 4 people on the front desk are absolutely useless, there's 10 customers on the waiting area and they just don't say anything it's a mess. Staff is not friendly
Took my girlfriend for a drug test and the wait was 1.5 hours which is fine. They stopped doing drug for an hour and told us they’d start again at 1:30. She went to the desk at 1:30 as we had been there for 2 hours already and it took another 20 minutes for anyone to speak with her. None of the staff was helpful and it has now been 3 hours since we got here and still HAVE NOT been seen. This is absolutely ridiculous service. If you’d like to have a medical horror story of your own this is the place to go to. I walked in for a routine bloodwork, was denied service until I made a payment even though my deductible has been met for this year and then I ended up with a huge lump right after blood draw that turned into a hematoma. Look at all the other reviews this place has - nothing new: rude and demeaning staff that takes advantage of patient’s vulnerability and treats them like they are nothing. Came in around 1230 for labs and drug screen, lab draw went quickly- they don’t do drug screens until after 130, in which I had to wait and check in again, which was fine. I waited there to check in and people who came after me walked right in checked in and were seen before me. Staff lacks bedside manner as well, only went here because my job sent me here- as a healthcare professional I do not recommend their services.
Don't even think about showing up to your appointment on time!! They move so slow and don't care what you have to do. They want you to show up 15 minutes early even though you'll be waiting for who knows how long. Pathetic establishment.
