Went to my appointment today and after waiting 15 minutes I was told the computers were down and I needed a paper script. I lost an hour of work only to have to make another appointment and miss more work. If my insurer gave me a choice I’d go somewhere else for my lab work. Here’s an idea Labcorp get a more stable computer system for your offices and given you have my email address and phone number have someone call or text to inform me that I need a paper script or should reschedule.

Always a terrible experience at LabCorp New Rochelle, NY. The staff is very condescending, giving the impression that they hate their job! Just walked in to a waiting room full of people, mind you, their door posts “7 people max capacity.” We are in the middle of a pandemic and no regard for capacity. Express check-in is a disaster for the elderly who don’t know how to work the touch screen. Needless to say, I will never come back with my 78yr old mother, who’s health is high-risk!

Made an appointment, they took those without an appointment before those of us who took the time to do it right. Was instructed to come 10 minutes early, so my wait was nearly 40 minutes. If you have an appointment, that takes priority over walk ins for drug testing.
Can’t get anyone to respond to emails. Can’t get anyone on the phone either that knows any answers but they will put you on hold for way too long with each person you speak to, only to be transferred again and again with no resolution.
The people in El Paso in the cliff rd location need to be retrained. An older lady with glasses seemed like she severed my vein. My arm has been getting more purple and swollen each day. It’s been a week. I just hope my color comes back.
I scheduled bloodwork today.was suppose to have a 3 hour glucose test.So after fasting and arriving on time,I’m then told they don’t preform 3hr glucose test on the weekend.Only weekdays.That should be something that’s mentioned on the site!A total waste of time!
First off.i have standing dr.s orders for kab work through labcorp weekly...so yesterday I received a envelope through FedEx from labcorp corporate telling me they had a worker had tested positive for covid so I went to another location got there about 45 min. before they opened..waited...git in the automatic check in would only accept my ID it wouldn't let me go any farther..so I get called back and the worker couldn't do the lab work because he didn't have the sr.s orders which I'd given the person the week before he tried... read more
