The ladies that work at this facility are amazing !!! They are always so kind and friendly and make getting labs so not daunting . The supervisor is the kindest lady ever ! I am a hard person to draw blood on and they are always so amazing! I know today they were slammed and working so hard and fast to get everyone in and out in a timely manner . I appreciate these ladies ! Each and every one of them . I drive just to get to this facility bc the ladies are so kind and make you feel like a friend .
Before my labs, I asked a simple question about whether MRI contrast could affect my results, since I had just come from an MRI. Instead of guidance or a neutral response, I was told this was something I should have asked my doctor or MRI tech beforehand. When I asked if I should look it up myself, the response I got was “sure,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially in a medical setting where patients are looking for reassurance and support. I've been here 2 times with my 4 year old child and both times they were amazing and very nice even tho he was fighting with everything in him. 10/10
Excellent experience! 5 min wait time at the most. I went at 8:15. Victoria is great! Didnt feel rushed, It was actually an relaxed atmosphere. I didn't even feel it. All of the staff were very nice. Very professional. Victoria is my girl. All the others are great as well. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them. Ty Ty
Went to LabCorp today off of Whitesburg for a annual lab draw. My phlebotomist Ms Bre was helpful, patient, and very low-key. I appreciated her patience as I had forgotten my paperwork; she was extremely understandable and calm. My furbaby had died over the weekend, so my brain was not focused on this appointment, I had actually missed it by 10min from being distracted & depressed. :-( Honestly Ms. Bre provided me with the smoothest blood draw I have ever experienced, her technique was effortless.
