Great service and accurate, Asia took good care of me
Was in and out in 10 minutes and staff was very friendly
Horrible. Be prepared to wait a lifetime. I arrived early for my 915 appt. Sliding door were locked. I then saw someone force them open to leave. So I forced them open to get in. Went upstairs and there were 10 people waiting. 1 women had been there since over an hour. Last time I was here I sat o the floor and waited over 1.5 hrs with a toddler. 😡 Find another location.
If I could rate it a 0 I honestly would. I had been calling to get a prior authorization ran through before I did blood work & called multiple times through the week with no response at all which is very unprofessional. I then get there for my appointment & had to wait almost an hour because they had one person working. If you can’t handle being open on a Saturday or be fully staffed to handle the load of patients you don’t need to be open!!
I had a great experience here. Went on a Wednesday at 1:30pm. I was the third person to check in and got taken back quickly. The woman that took my blood was gentle and very friendly.it was only my second time giving blood and she made the experience way better than I was expecting it to be. Yeah, the building is dim and looks gritty BUT the actual office was bright and clean. Seating is terrible. Chairs are old and sink too much but I could care less if the wait time is always under 30 minutes.
