I’m extremely disappointed with how this lab visit was handled. My daughter had a physician’s order for an extensive set of blood tests, but the technician did not collect enough blood or otherwise ensure that the complete order was fulfilled. As a result, roughly two-thirds of the ordered testing was never performed. This was not a minor inconvenience.
