Not very helpful and very rude.
I had a great experience here! I had a 3:30 appointment on a Thursday to get blood drawn to donate my breastmilk. I had zero waiting, didnt even sit down before they called me in. The phlebotomist was super nice and she didn’t blow my vein at all! She was quick and efficient I was out by the time my husband came up the elevator and I told him I was done already!
In and out very quickly! I think late morning is a time when fewer people come by, so try that if you don't want to wait long. I love how this place doesn't require appointments. So easy to fit into errand running!

The service is very good. Cachai and Autumn were very kind to this needle phobic patient. I made an appointment and got back quickly and out within 10 minutes. Not bad!
