My daughter had a transplant at less than a year old so labs and pokes and all sorts of the medical world has been a regular/routine occurrence in our lives for almost 6 years. Most painful blood draw I've ever had. She hit my muscle on the first try. It hurt for hours after. All she said was, " Oh, I'm not even gonna keep trying on this side." Thankfully she got the vein on first try on other side. This was the woman who also works at the front desk. She doesn't speak more than absolutely required. Could barely even get the info of when I could expect the results.
Great everytime I come. Blood draw quick and painless. Almost never have to wait even when no appointment was set.
