I have a bill from them, no idea whats it's for. The billing department wouldn't tell me until I was transfered to pay it. Because that doesn't sound suspicious at all.
Friendly and fast
My phlebotomist was Colby. She said wait for a slight stick. Boy, she was not kidding. It was the most gentle stick I have felt in my entire life and I am almost 60!
The older lady in the front was very rude. I took my dad in to get a test done. He is disabled and needs help moving around. She did not care and did not try and help. No emotions at all.
