Painless
Laura at the front desk is the absolute worst receptionist I’ve ever seen!!! I’ve come in 2 days in a row during hours of operation according to their website and door and both times I was told to go kick rocks I’ve already paid for an order to be fulfilled and both times when I came in I was told that I’ll have to come back later!!! Absolutely painless blood draw. Good job!
Lab staff is satisfactory however front desk secretary could use a class on etiquette when interacting with patients. Rolling her eyes, tone of voice, even muttering sarcasm under her breath. I have to come here for my job every year and it’s the same negative tone. I’d rather go elsewhere and pay out of pocket.
I was told the morning of my blood work that I was having two sets of tests. The woman who did the tests said that one test would be at most $200 and the other would be $350. So the total given to me was $550 if insurance did nothing. 2 months later I got a bill for $2400. I am fighting it but they are not backing down. I would have never agreed to the test if they would have quoted me that number. Next time I will ask for all price breakdowns in writing, and I will not return to Labcorp if I can use a different option. Out ... read more
