Lab staff is satisfactory however front desk secretary could use a class on etiquette when interacting with patients. Rolling her eyes, tone of voice, even muttering sarcasm under her breath. I have to come here for my job every year and it’s the same negative tone. I’d rather go elsewhere and pay out of pocket.
I was told the morning of my blood work that I was having two sets of tests. The woman who did the tests said that one test would be at most $200 and the other would be $350. So the total given to me was $550 if insurance did nothing. 2 months later I got a bill for $2400. I am fighting it but they are not backing down. I would have never agreed to the test if they would have quoted me that number. I have a bill from them, no idea whats it's for. The billing department wouldn't tell me until I was transfered to pay it. Because that doesn't sound suspicious at all.
