Waiting over an hour, poor tech was in taking and doing the testing alone! Some people waited over 2 hours. If I could rate 0 I would. Holding urine that long and can't leave!? Wow.

Customer service was terrible but I was in and out so quick I'll take it.
I was actually so happy and surprised with my experience I was in and out in about 10 mins! Which is shocking cause quest always has about 10 or more just in there waiting room. So it's was extremely refreshing to not have to deal with that & the staff was really nice & actually made something that isn't the funniest some what pleasant.
