I will never go back here. The lady that drew my blood, did not wear gloves, did not sterilize her hands, was burping while she was typing on the computer, when she stuck the needle in she didn’t hit my vein and then just dug the needle around in my arm to find my vein. Now I have a huge bulging blown vein causing a lot of pain. Very unprofessional. I don’t know how you can be so uncleanly while working in a place where you’re drawing peoples blood all day.

Best lab experience I have had in a long time. I scheduled my appt. for 9:15, I arrived a little before 9, I'm always early. I got checked in,and was called back at 9:10, that's when I meet Ms. Crystal. I let her know my veins are deep, I'm there to test her, lol. She put that needle in my vein without any pain, I filled up my 2 tubes, and was done. She didn't blow my vein, which happens every time I give blood, and I have to get stuck a few times, and leave bruised up. Thanks Ms. Crystal you're literally the best!

I had the pleasure of doing business with Crystal on today. She was exceptional and very friendly. I am a person who usually get stuck multiple times, but with Crystal that was not the case. One stick and done!!! Yay!!! Crystal, thank you for your awesome customer service on today. My experience was great from the time I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and minutes later I was in the back taking care of business. I did make an appointment online and showed up 15 minutes early and I was in and out.

Best Lab Corp experience I’ve had thus far. Tanequa was great and helped in making the process smooth. From the front desk staff to the techs and lab collectors; they all provided quick and friendly service, recommended location.
