They lost my sample but still charged me for it
Labcorp is thorough, clean and quick.
I was nervous going here because of all the negative reviews. I made an appointment to have some general blood work done. I was seen on time and the tech was professional and did a good draw. I saw the reviews mentioning the front desk staff being rude. I didn't see that. The woman at the counter was quick and efficient. Not doing chit chat doesn't make you rude.
If I could put zero stars I would. Office staff super unprofessional, rude. They don’t follow HIPA Laws and the staff aims to humiliate and embarrass people. I fear that some of them have access to my personal information. I will never trust any Labcorp again.
