I was told I couldn’t have a child with me while I do a urine drug screening so I came back the next day and when I went into the back to complete it there was a huge chair that my child could have sat down in while I went into the RR for all of 2 minutes. The young lady/technician who collected my urine sample had a disgusted look on her face(or maybe that’s just how she looks) assuming because there were blood droplets in my urine but I won’t be choosing this facility again it’s very old and ran down.
Took my 1.5 year old son to this location. He has never had a blood draw before and was understanding upset. Tech couldn't find a vein and dug around his arm. I understand that blood draws on a toddler are difficult, but they had NO resources or pediatric patients. No TVs, toys, etc. The techs didn't even try to make him happy. Then they told me that I would have to go back to the waiting room before they tried again to wait for my son to calm down. Very friendly state,little wait tme.
Terrible staff and the receptionist to busy yapping with her friend to let the doctor know I was ready for my test. Do better
You people need to get more training if you can’t draw blood, don’t blame the patient!
