The Augusta GA location had the rudest staff I have ever met. The girl who processed my test did not follow the correct protocol and almost administered the WRONG TEST !
Hi these kind of places get a bad reputation but I had a very pleasant experience the other day they were very busy but that crew they got them in and out in a substantial amount of time kudos those ladies held it down 🙌🙌🙌

The workers at the front desk were rude. Other reviews say last walk in appointment is 15 min before closing, but they wouldn’t take me at 4:40. Worst experience ever
This office has a rude reception she saw me standing at the desk and said nothing. Then another employee walked by and she told her she just needs to do the kiosk again why didn’t she come to the desk and asked me to Resubmit my ID and insurance information. Instead she wanted me to keep standing at the window ignoring me but one day she will get the same sorry help she gave me today. Good help is hard to find I was at the place over 2 hours for no reason sorry receptionist point blank.
