I have brought my 7 year old here twice for bloodwork and for myself. I thought they did a great job. Keep in mind my child gets bloodwork done every 4 months so we are experienced on ways to keep her calm and as she has gotten older, blood work has gotten easier. We came here in December and they did not have butterfly needles, which ended up not being an issue. Today they did, which was nice. The techs and staff have been nice and did a great job. Long wait and poor customer service. I do not recommend. I left after a full hour wait without having my lab work done, therefore my review is for the business side of this location, not the lab side of it. Edit, I went to the other location within Walgreens. Short wait, good service.
Took my 1.5 year old son to this location. He has never had a blood draw before and was understandably upset. Tech couldn't find a vein and dug around his arm. I understand that blood draws on a toddler are difficult, but they had NO resources for pediatric patients. No TVs, toys, etc. The techs didn't even try to make him happy. Then they told me that I would have to go back to the waiting room before they tried again to wait for my son to calm down. The front desk staff are awful. I was checking in and a previous patient left their insurance card at the kiosk. I turned around to give it to the girl at the desk. No thank you…no nothing. Then she and other staff continued to laugh and joke around loudly.
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate went to get a urine test checked in went to the window met with extreme attitude not sure why then I was told they were short staff and they do urine sample at certain time and say the website hasn't updated waited 45 more mins went back to the window a different girl was there she seemed overwhelmed she say u gotta check in again I asked why met with blank stare.....I left text the company that sent me and told them no thank you to the sending me to That BS PLACE!!!
