Waited 50 minutes even with an appointment! Tech kept disappearing in back room. (Not waiting on anyone??). The last time she disappeared and came out, 10 + minutes later, she had a fresh mug of coffee!! Awful. 4 of us in just sitting in waiting room with 3 having appointments. I was up first and it took her 5 minutes to figure labwork orders out and another 10 to take 2 vials of blood. She would stop and talk about her shoulder pain and personal body aches she was having. I would give zero stars if I could. One person was running the entire operation.
I went to Labcorp this morning about 8am! It was already packed but it wasn’t to bad yet. I waited about an hour to get called back as I was a walk in. The woman at the front desk was respectable and tried to be as efficient as possible. While in the room it was a little uncomfortable as it was right next to the waiting room behind the kiosk so everyone could hear everything, so as the women gets ready to take my blood I kindly requested that she use a different vein as the one she was aiming for was a bad drop and roll and ... read more
Omg waiting for more than an hour for TB test and urine test and they said I only checked in for urine test and should start over again for check in for TB test… really? I have to wait 10 people a head of me again…
