I accompanied my son because he was so anxious. The receptionist was so rude! We won't ever go there again
The woman working the front desk was rude for no reason and made an already anxious fella feel much worse. Thank goodness the actual phlebotomist, Clarissa, was so kind. I'll never go back to this office.
Nothing like letting someone know you gave them a false positive through email and rude customer service telling you that you are still responsible for a bill after their negligence.
The lab tech at the front desk was very rude, and unwelcoming. She had a lot of attitude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but that still no reason to be rude to patients. Very uncomfortable setting.
Making appts are best because some days they are very busy
