Great experience. Great people.
I had a 9:00 AM appointment this morning but wasn’t seen until 9:45 AM. The waiting room had at least 15 patients and only two phlebotomists on duty. I overheard another patient say he had already been waiting over an hour. There was no receptionist to update us on the delay. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced long wait times here. A phlebotomist mentioned they’ve requested additional staff, but management has denied those requests. Good, efficient experience. Tamara was fantastic.
It was very fast. After I checked in I sat for a minute and went back. I had Tamara draw my blood and didnt even feel it. She did great!
Terrible service. Do not go here. The check-in kiosk said a text would be sent when they were ready. I waited outside for a text. When it came I went in and the receptionist reprimanded me "I've been calling and calling you." She seemed unaware the system directs patients to wait for a text. They were unable to locate lab orders my Dr had sent. Very rude and accusing. They seem to have no system of organizing orders.
