Absolutely amazing, quick and accommodating staff while being understaffed.

Not a good experience at all. Waited 2 hours for my appointment that was made a day in advance. During my 2 hour wait, one of the employees yelled at multiple different patients because people were getting upset about being in the waiting room for hours on end She was very unpleasant & rude to each and every person in that building. Will never return back here.
Had an appointment but still waited over an hour passed my scheduled time. I don't even understand what order they are going in because people were being called back who got there after me
Absolutely terrible experience. What is the point of making an appointment if you still have to sit there waiting for an hour? And my biggest question is for Labcorp management: why are there only two employees working when you clearly have more patients than they can reasonably handle? The employees are not only trying to do their actual jobs — they are also being forced to deal with frustrated and angry customers because management apparently cannot provide adequate staffing.
