This place was horrendous. When I walked in, I was told to check in at the kiosk and take a seat. Multiple times, I tried to go to the front desk to ask if I was checked in properly, and they waved me away for different reasons. 30 minutes in, I find out I was not in fact checked in. Multiple folks in the waiting room found that they weren't either, and some were waiting even longer than me. Lab results never sent to doctors office over week later
Tamara was wonderful and provided EXCELLENT customer service on a very busy morning. She was so kind, helpful and patient with myself and all of the customers!
Receptionists where unfriendly, rude and not at all helpful
One of the least painful blood draws ever. Barely felt a thing! Very skilled techs.
