I had an appointment scheduled and it was like walking into an episode of Jerry Springer, I was told their system was down and all the patients got sent home. I recommend Waukesha, they work through problems instead of this.

I made an appointment for 2:15pm for a drug test and was not seen until a little bit after 3pm. It was not the employees fault because they only had 1 person working and the entire lobby was full of people. I felt so bad for this employee because no one was there to help her. The managers here need to do a better job of having an appropriate amount of staff scheduled! That was completely unfair for the employee and the people waiting in the lobby. The workers were polite, quick, and efficient which I really appreciated, especially because there was a long wait. I rated them low though because I think they have a new policy with hours that they need to post and put on their auto phone tree. EMPLOYER URINE TESTING: Only occurs between 9am-11am and 1-3:30pm Mon-Fri (Sat: unknown). Don't waste your time trying to go otherwise! Expect a long wait, don't drink TOO much beforehand.

Garbage place, do not use. Person drawing my blood didn't wash their hands or use any alcohol or iodine. The soap dispenser in the room had an out of order sign on it. They didn't close the door while i was in there wither which was a first for me. The next part will sound fake but they were dancing wile drawing my blood causing the needle to move around. This was 10 days ago and my arm still hurts...I donate blood often and have never in my life had this amount of pain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 0 stars
