The facility on County Club usually opens late but today they were completely closed with no sign posted on the door or online for change of operation hours/days. Appts were being accepted online but the staff was a no show. Covid or not this is an unacceptable business practice leaving 8 of us standing around at 7am searching for open facilities to now wait around as standby.
They’re so professional and kind out of all of the labcorp facilities in the desert this is my go to I love this place!
Difficult to find. Hidden in small office building on second floor. Poorly marked location. Dr. stated twice faxed orders for blood work. Per staff "no orders received". No attempt to contact Dr. or to check "fax" file under my first name, only checked my last name. Staff was not rude, just not helpful. This location's web site says open 6:30 - 3:30 and not closed for lunch. Call and they say open only until 2:30 and closed for lunch from 11-12. Did not get blood drawn. Get your act together! One week they're open then they're closed without any notice so your doctor fax is over your lab work to Palm Desert and magically they're not open for a whole week now you have to call your doctor to say hey can you fax it somewhere else then the next week they're open the next week they're closed without any warning no I will never ever go back to that place again Bermuda Dunes is amazing those people are wonderful there Palm Desert not so much
