Would give it a 0 if possible. I have called them multiple times to confirm if they received the fax from my doctor as my doctor said to call and check because they say they don’t receive it at times and when I call, they send me to leave a message and they never call back and the last time they just disconnected the call while leaving a message. Terrible service no empathy for patients. Receptionist and staff are more concerned with being right than helping their patients if you have the option to choose go to quest. I would read zero stars if I could

Hey, be careful at this location—there is an employee here named Wanda. If you are like me and visiting this Labcorp for the first time, let me tell you: I have never encountered such poor reception anywhere. This woman arrived about 15 minutes before opening time, acting as if she owned the laboratory; when she unlocked the door, she didn't return our greeting, nor did she even look at my wife or me. You’re gonna walk in here and see this rude impolite impatient person sitting here. She’s not gonna tell you how to check in without asking. She’s gonna look at you like you’re dumb if you do it wrong. Close the window and talk about you to other employees afterwards complain about what time people are walking in and give you harsh stares. Compassion patience and understanding is needed here not this lady she’s rude I recommend finding another place long wait times confusion and stress sitting in here.
