Absolutely horrible experience! Walked in at 11:30am and I still haven’t been seen for a piss test and it’s 2pm. Get it together
I made an appointment and have been waiting almost an hour. There is no one at the front desk. Why is there no one to help patients? This is completely unacceptable. This patient service center needs an intervention.
Not a good experience at this Labcorp. I have been to several other Labcorps and had great experiences. The office smelled bad, they were behind by 25 minutes, did not have a screen on to show who’s appointment is coming up, the worst part of the visit was hearing the staff speak poorly of the previous clients they had seen that day, using vulgar language, name calling them, and laughing at them. Do not recommend this Labcorp.
Having an appointment really speeds things up. Waited no more than 5 minutes from checking in to being called back.
Showed up later in the day and they told me my insurance wasn't accepted. It was accepted just weeks prior. They were just trying to get me out of there since it was closing time. Wasn't going to argue. Went somewhere else. Very annoyed. Awful patient care.
