Showed up later in the day and they told me my insurance wasn't accepted. It was accepted just weeks prior. They were just trying to get me out of there since it was closing time. Wasn't going to argue. Went somewhere else. Very annoyed. Awful patient care.

9:15 appointment (showed up 15 minutes prior like i was told to online). 9:45 and I'm still waiting to be seen.

This facility is a disgrace to Labcorp. Forget about walking in. You need an appt. I walked in at 0930 and then had to make appt for 1230. I arrived at 1215 and checked in. At 1:00, I asked about my 12:30 appt. They checked and said my appt was at 1:00 despite the Labcorp text message that said 1230. I was finally taken back at 1:15. Staff was not the least bit friendly. 2 stars as the facility was clean and the staff seemed competent.

I’m completely disappointed with the service at this lab. It doesn’t matter whether I make an appointment in advance or walk in—the wait times are ridiculous. Even with a scheduled appointment, I’ve had to wait at least 45 minutes to 1 hour. If I walk in, they assign me a time, and yet I still end up waiting over an hour—sometimes even two. It’s absurd and a complete waste of time for anyone coming here. The service is terrible. Either hire more staff who can work more efficiently or open more locations. I seriously doubt yo... read more
