Parking has to be paid. Highway robbery if you ask me.
Waiting area is small. Check-in is very simple yet many people told the receptionist they couldn't do it and needed help without ever walking up to the little machine. This caused the rest of us waiting to be called a delay due to the receptionist having to help the lazy people instead of moving us along to the employee drawing blood. Took a while to get blood drawn, but done professionally.
Very good service
Really really bad bad services. I have appointment, but I have to wait a long time and long line. Recommend go to Quest for better services
