Computers are always down. I waited over an hour. Not enough phlebotomists. I got hacked by Labcorp. If I don’t have to get lab draws there I’d go to quest diagnostics. So much more efficient. One good thing is gal that drew my blood was Friendly and only stuck me once. Other than that. No way
Called this morning to see when I could do drug testing for new job. Was told by a very nice girl anytime from 1130 to 3 and to have a full bladder. I arrived at 1130 and was told that it would be a 40 minute wait and the people with appointments would go first. No one offered me an appointment when I called and now I am sitting here in the lobby for over an hour with a full bladder. I can't say enough great things about the staff and service we always receive at this location. Today my daughter fainted after blood drawn and these girls rushed to her side with a pillow, cold water, fanning her, with her feet on the chair. They held her hand and made sure she was comfortable until she was able to walk out and get a quick check at Rancho Springs Hospital. These girls were so calm and comforting to her...it was a blessing❤️
The gentleman here let me come in just under the wire, was very nice, put a note on my blood work indicating I had an appointment I needed it for on Thursday afternoon. Just the fact I walked in 5 minutes before they close and he was very nice, and not pissy is HUGE in my book!!!
most of the people thta work there have really bad customer service... and if u arrive early for your APPOINTMENT & theres a walk in they will take care of the WALK IN first!!! & the appointment until the actual time... so you need 2 wait because you made an appointment!
