They have closed all but one location and the wait is at least 3 hours!!!! Not enough room to set down!!!! Old people can’t stand all that time!!!! I’m older and can’t stand for that long either but I had to let older people set down before me!!!! Bad location also!!!! Its upstairs and they do have an elevator but the other location on Latham was bigger and easier to get in and out of!!!!
I have veins that are hard to find, they find them in no time , less then one poke.�
I can say that wait was about three minutes . the place is really clean and everyone is really nice and polite since you walk in to sign to be called.
One of the rudest lady's took my 4 year old daughter's blood here. My daughter was terrified and this lady had ZERO compassion, not only did she use a large needle for the blood draw (instead of a butterfly) she was moving the needle in and out, my daughter began to scream and cry because blood was coming out and this lady placed her finger on my daughter's lips and was "sushing" her telling her she had to reason to scream.
