Great experience this morning! Kind, friendly staff. Gentle with my veins. I was nervous because hospital blood work had caused a big hematoma, but this woman was much more skilled! Checked-in and seen promptly.
Went for a random urine pull. Once we sign in our employer says we can't leave. A group of us were all there, all signed in and were waiting. One of the employees was nice. The other one was rude to everyone, told us our appts weren't until after 1, but we didn't have appointments. We explained what we had been told. She wanted our bosses number.
