Never had an issue coming here. I’m usually in and out in 15 minutes. I’ve lost my license and I think it was here but I’ve called everyday since my appointment at various times and no one ever answers the damn phone. I’ve left several messages to inquire if they found my license and it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. Sure I could go to the office but I’m bed bound and can’t travel far. If the business reads this, answer your damn phone or learn how to get back to patients who leave a message.
Went in today a little before noon for my 3 hour glucose and was turned away because there wouldn’t be “enough time” since they close at 3. But online it says they close at 3:30… even so, if I’m in a little before noon and it’s a 3 hour ordeal, then we would be done by 3 when they say they close. Waste of time and gas for something they were capable of doing, just didn’t care to. Unprofessional and uncaring. Definitely not going back to this location.
