Can I give zero stars? I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at LabCorp, and I feel it's important to share my concerns for the benefit of others. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with unprofessionalism that set a negative tone for my visit. The receptionist was notably rude and dismissive, which was disheartening. Man, the guy with earrings at the front desk has an attitude and isn’t understanding or helpful. His customer service needs work. He thinks he’s a Mr. Knows it all. I’ve received better customer service at McDonalds. If I can give him zero stars I would.
