Had a pleasant experience at this location this morning. I found the facility clean and the Lab Tech to be friendly and skilled. I cannot think of her name, but I believe she was covering for the regular employee this day. My wait time was aproxamately 15 min as she finished with another client. I did not have an appt. I would have given 5 Stars had the bathroom faucet worked. Standing there with soap in my hand I and could not get the water to come on. Ended up going into the lab room to rinse. Staff is rude and talks down to you like you're scum of the earth because you are there for a tox screen. These people need to be retrained or fired.
If I can give this place zero stars I would it was the worst experience. So...I want a job; and I’m willing to take a drug test. I should not be talked down too. The companies use that this Lab, should never use them ever again. I would request to go to a different lab because this place is Garbage!!! The techs are rude, disrespectful and downright nasty to you this place needs to be shut down.
I had the absolute WORST experience today. I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins then they outright refused to see me for my blood work even after I contacted and verified my insurance. They tried to tell me that there was no way possible that I could have the insurance that I have... I work in a doctors office and I understand how insurance works... This was a personal little power trip. I have a serious medical issue I am TRYING to take care of and the staff did nothing but make it harder for me!!! I think the people here ... read more
Showed up at 8:30, it’s 10 now, there are 7 people other than me waiting to be seen and they close in an hour. I’m here for a drug screen and I’ve had to pee for the past hour..
