I have to say from this visit that I just had, I had the best service ever at Labcorp , Inasked for there names however I didn’t say I was giving a review however Joanne and Liz or Luz sorry if I got the names wrong. I just want to shout out the employee who was kind and transparent with this location. THIS location is APPOINTMENT ONLY. All the others ones are walk in. Making an appointment is easy when you go to the website and select the location you want. Lately they have been VERY low staff (for this location) I think there was just one person today. I had an appointment and they claimed they didn’t find it! They were so rude the girls were literally giggling and talking about patients in the back which is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was not the only person in there having trouble!! They were being rude to all the Spanish speaking people in there turning them away not wanting to assist with anything and talking down to all the people as if they were beneath them!
