I just want to shout out the employee who was kind and transparent with this location. THIS location is APPOINTMENT ONLY. All the others ones are walk in. Making an appointment is easy when you go to the website and select the location you want. Lately they have been VERY low staff (for this location) I think there was just one person today. I had an appointment and they claimed they didn’t find it! They were so rude the girls were literally giggling and talking about patients in the back which is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was not the only person in there having trouble!! They were being rude to all the Spanish speaking people in there turning them away not wanting to assist with anything and talking down to all the people as if they were beneath them! Went to get a blood draw and they were closed when it was only 2:40pm and we waited outside for 15mins and nothing. No one was seen. They advertised to be open till 3:30pm. This place get a 1 star! Terrible service!
Was In and out in 10 minutes was seen By Keisha, she was very nice and respectful. Took her time to discuss to me what we were doing today she was very thorough about it so understood what I needed to do next. She wasn't in rush she was patient with me. Thank you Keisha you Rock. :)
when its the ladies there. they're quite nice. I haven't seen the male staff mentioned in the comments yet but the ladies are nicer than the man mentioned. sadly, they're temporary closed but the many times i went there was much nicer than the lapcorps on fresno st.
