“Systems were down” won’t answer the phone, fire everyone of them. Won’t do their job. Terrible spot
The guy at the front did not acknowledge anyone that walked in and there was a single doctor. Multiple people waiting in line to use a single digital sign in. Sat waiting for 30 minutes.
no appt, walked in and out in 10 min, granted this was 11am on a Monday. very professional, with clear and direct instructions.
Registration was very quick and simple. The phlebotomist was fast and proficient.
