Sophie/Sophia (not sure) is an excellent representative for Lab Corp. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She had me in and out quickly. I will continue to use this facility.
Could not recommend, 2 hours wanted
I took my wife to Labcorp, Clifton Park, NY for a blood test ordered by her doctor with payment fully covered by Medicare and her supplementary insurance and she was refused service when we declined to pay $77 that their records indicated was due on a bill issued in 2023, by their Naples, FL office, which Labcorp had previously waived. Very long wait. Patients had to stand because the 10 chairs were already had patients sitting in them. 2 patients left after waiting a long time and at least one of them left and there name was called over 30 minutes after they left. Apparently they had been waiting for a while. I am unable to now get my results. I was told my co-pay was $10 dollars by my insurance. I was charged a co-pay of $102. A little bit of a dy
I had to go to this location a couple times in a week for bloodwork. I was in and out within 10 minutes and both times I believer her name was Sophie drew my blood and she was kind and compassionate and I can not thank her enough!
