I had an excellent experience here with my daughter. She's usually very afraid of shots and the staff was so helpful getting her at ease. They were quick and friendly and well exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
I was really concerned I was going to get some kind of communicable disease there. I called ahead and said I'm immunocompromised and every time I go in there, there are sick people coughing in the lobby and usually at least one of the workers is sniffling and coughing too. They said no problem, we'll wear masks. I get there, no one is masked, no one put on a mask to talk to me. l was seen at this location yesterday. My wait time was minimal, front desk was friendly, but by far the best part of my visit was the phlebotomist. He was friendly, funny, and my blood draw was painless. He told me a great story about seeing Bob Marley live at MSG and how his brother lost tickets to see Michael Jackson by leaving them in the car. Like some others I saw the reviews at a quick glance and was a little hesitate at first. Check in was super easy and I was getting seated in about 15-20 minutes. Now it had been awhile since I had blood work so I was a little nervous. The medical professional did a great job and it barely hurt but I started to not feel so good towards the end of the draw and he was very accommodating.
