Had an appointment. Sat there for 15 minutes for them to call me and then tell me they can’t access my labs because their computers are down. My lab order has been there for weeks. If your computers are that faulty, print out the following day’s orders as a backup. I woke up and arranged my morning around this appointment and will now have to do this all over again hoping their computers work when I come back as I was never given a physical lab order by my doctor.
Made appointment and waited a half in hour for appointment. Now got to wait because everyone one that is coming in are going before me. Also no grating of customer and cold they should have people at the front
Went to another LabCorp that did not change the fact they’re not open on Saturdays. I went down the road. They wouldn’t do my glucose test because it was 10 , passed when they would be closed. Even after I explained to them, I went to their first location. And this is the only time I could do it with my work a schedule as a licensed provider with patients.
Prompt, friendly and good at what they do.
Whole staff is rude! You're healthcare providers, treating people of all ages and all issues. Have some compassion. If you hate what you do, go do something else and don't take it out on the people you're supposed to care for. Clearly by your reviews, this is an ongoing problem. Fix your staff!
