I went for a urine test. Made an appointment and was able to be seen right around the appointment time despite it being so busy. Sophia was my collector and she was absolutely lovely. Very kind, cheerful, and professional.
I brought my one-year-old child in for a routine pediatric blood test, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely stressful. The technician took a long time trying to locate a vein. After finding one, the needle was inserted and removed twice. Then I was told that the needle was too small and that a larger needle was needed. The entire process took around 15 minutes, which was very difficult to watch as a parent, especially with a one-year-old child. I can’t say enough about this location. I drive 25 mins from Saratoga because I don’t do well with bloodwork and they make it so easy here. All the staff have been great to deal with. A special shout out to Sofia who is always upbeat, friendly and can take my blood without me feeling anything.
Sophie/Sophia (not sure) is an excellent representative for Lab Corp. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She had me in and out quickly. I will continue to use this facility.
