Went for labwork on 3/14 not only was I stuck 5 times but they ran the wrong tests!!!!!
The parking lot is a little bit of a nightmare but otherwise my experience was great. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and the phlebotomist (Monique) was very nice and efficient. Usually there are challenges getting blood drawn for me, but not today, which I was very grateful for.
Awful customer service. The phlebotomist jabbed the needle in and the other lady working in the room let out a gasp watching her. She blew my vein, huge knot appeared afterwards and it’s still there, bruising and she must have also injured a nerve with the tingling, numbness and pain I’m experiencing even after a couple days. I can’t bend my arm nor can I extend it all the way. After reading the other comments seems this is a common occurrence! I’ll gladly drive out of my way to avoid this location again.
Monique is amazing! Professional and kind!! I have never had to wait and I been coming to this labcorp for 5 years!!
Went there yesterday asking for my blood to be drawn to determine my blood type and I was redirected to the "patient portal." This portal did not work at all and I was refused bloodwork to determine blood type. However, the receptionist was more than happy to do my bloodwork for my allergy testing. I kid you not, the injection has resulted in the largest hematoma known to man and this bruise is not going away soon.
