Fast, efficient, and overall a positive experience
we had a bad experience the first time because my daughter is autisic and got scared so we had to hold her down, i felt so bad i started crying w her. Had to go a 2nd time for blood work and I feared it will happen again, we got Mr. Jose Felix and he literally took the time and had the patience to talk to my daughter, explain to her the process, show her all the items he was going to use, closed the door so all the noise wouldn't bother her to keep her calm. Worst place to get blood work. Made appointment a week ago,got a text about appointment and to check in when I got there, and 45 mins later still no call so I ask when are they going to call us and person said she had no check in for my husband. Oerin in front desk needs some kind of class on how to greet patients as they come in no hello or good morning...very dirty place ..I don't recommend.
Was there for 90 minutes and they tried to refused to do my blood test, apparently someone own them money from 2 yrs ago. When I asked for the supervisor then the blood lady was was able to proceed. Ask your Dr to send you to a different lab. I will not use this one again.
