Have necessary supplies on site! Answer the phone. Needed to have blood cultures done at the Swedesboro NJ site went 2 different days and they did not have correct bottles to collect specimen. I was told to call the next day. Several calls made and they do not answer the phone. I am a health care professional and will never recommend this lab to any of my patients
Don't bother making an appointment. Watching walkins go right in i have been here 45 min. Told them I have to do a urine test and can't hold it. They don't care

I went for a drug test and asked for an estimate. The estimate was $170. I could get an entire physical and drug test for $75. I ended up going down the road and got a drug test for $50.
You need to retrain all your lab staff on very very basic customer service skills, or else not overwork them to their breaking point so much that they mistreat, yell, or condescend the clients without any repercussions.
Littleton,Co. had a appointment for a 3hrs glucose test with fasting for this morning at 10:15 a.m. and showed up at 10:00 a.m. to be told I should have been there at 8 a.m. because they close for lunch at 12 noon... I am 31 weeks pregnant with twins and they said I can just come back tomorrow... needless to say I am not to happy with the way they spoke to me like I was a idiot. she said come back tomorrow like I am just sitting at home doing nothing...
Drove over an hour for an appointment I scheduled with them and they were closed. They also wouldn’t reimburse the cost of the screening I paid for.
UPDATE 9/14 - Labcorp did make it right by actually coming to my house to take my blood so I didn't have to go back through this whole torturous process. Thank you Labcorp! ORIGINAL POST (9/11): Where to begin?!?! I had to get a specific test done that only LabCorp can get done on 8/25 and I received a call saying they didn't take enough blood for the test. Go back 7:30am on 9/1 to be told I can't have it done now I need to come back at 11am because it can't sit around and it needs to be sent out via FedEx right away. Come b... read more
