Jesús Christ. 4 technicians and slow as hell. Been here since 1130am as I'm writing this review is 2:16pm. Yes, 2:16 pm. and still waiting to get called in. I don't leave cause I need this for.my follow Up appointment. But what is sooo difficult in taking out blood. I'm about to faint here. This is UNBELIEVABLE
I usually tale mu 8 years old here, to have blood.and urine work, so far the staff has done a great job, nice cpstumer service, and technicas are really kind and nice to little kids and older people.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. They have no respect whatsoever from the time you walk into the door until the time that you leave. They mumble and don't look at you, if they even address you at all. They have no idea how to take blood from someone. You will leave with bruises. The waiting room was covered in trash. The bathrooms were covered in trash and pee. The room they take you in to draw your blood was not any cleaner than the rest of the place. this place is ghetto and these people treat you like you dont know nothing just pure bad service
This lab is HORRIBLE! Every thing about it is bad especially the people! I would recommend you find some where else to go. The staff is rude! The wait is so long even when there is hardly any one there. The staff treat you like your bothering them by being there and they are definitly not gentle when taking your blood. My husband comes with large bruises every time, like they were so mad he was there they stabbed him. They SUCK!!!
