LabCorp in Hainesport was running 40 minutes behind on appointments only 45 minutes after opening this morning. The waiting room was packed. They were out of hand sanitizer in the waiting room area. People were wearing masks below their noses and no one was doing anything about it in the crowded room. It was an unsanitary and unsafe experience.
There appointment schedule doesn’t work. They over book I had an appointment and was seen 40 minutes later they are not following cdc guide lines for covid
there is over thirty people with only two workers during a pandemic...6 ft rule is out the door locations is in Kissimmee they are violating all the rules they are setting up.
Had routine, comprehensive bloodwork drawn from LabCorp today for my Testosterone Replacement Therapy. LabCorp is a bloody mess!!!!! -Waiting room had chairs set elbow to elbow close. -Their “wait in your car and we’ll text you” system broke. The Gadsden Office, can't even copy someone insurance information to their chart. Then patients get billed due to their error, with the wrong insurance listed. What type of staff are you allowing to run things?
I had to come in for a drug test. All the employers I spoke with were plain rude!! Don’t go if you don’t have too!
My husband and I had scheduled appointments today. We checked in from the car as instructed and waited. I finally walked in ten minutes after my appointment time, waited an additional twenty minutes to find out the the check in which was confirmed by the text link didn't go through. There was one tech who was getting slammed. The waiting room was full, in excess of the stated limits. There was one small bottle of sanitizer. They give you a time frame for results during a pandemic and do not abide by them. this is a HUGE proble when the results are what is holding you back from working. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
Took the covid antibodies test twice and NEVER got the results. Called several times, left voicemails, sent emails, went through the contact us page on the website NO response EVER. So ridiculous. And the staff at every location I’ve gone to has been so rude.
