The staff consisted of three people who checked in patients and drew blood. They definitely need a fourth person working there as it was clear that staff was overworked. They were very nice and provided good service despite this. This looks bad on Labcorp for treating their employees poorly and reduces customer confidence as they clearly look to save money instead of prioritizing patient care and taking care of their own employees.
Never been to Lab Corp All I wanted to know was what the check in process was.They treat their customers like they are nuisances and they are annoyed to help and we are all stupid.
The lady on the desk I think she was in charge was the rudest lady I've ever met. I said I don't have my insurance card on me but I have it on my phone and she said she can't even speak to me for at least 30min.
After trying a different location of la corp I left because they had so many people waiting. I arrived at this location and only a couple people were waiting. We all sat there waiting for 20 minutes while we listened to the staff laughing and joking with no one being seen. Then when someone finally came back to help people the staff had lost the lab paperwork of another patient. Probably the most unprofessional lab I have ever visited
