The older lady at the lab is probably the rudest lab tech I've ever encountered. She is a bully and verbally abusive, and gave out my personal info and lab order while yelling it out in the lobby. I see numerous complaints about her on here, yet she still acts this way...
The disrespect of the staff at this location customer service was not taught well. St rose location sent me to this location cause "they are the only ones who do paternity testing" which town center DONT ANSWER PHONES i have been calling since Tuesday im off weekend's and was happy to see some locations open. I arrive and right off the back "we dont do that here" oh ok I was told at the st rose loc (cut off) "im not affiliated with st rose we dont do that here you have to go to charleston" ok can you please give me a number ... read more
Had labs ordered and was in and out for a walk in visit within 15 minutes. The staff were all professional and friendly. Would definitely come back here again if I needed a lab draw. There are kiosks for electronic check in that make the process easy and fast. It scans your ID and insurance card to quickly upload any information needed and helps locate orders.
