This place deserves no stars but one person working there makes it a 5 star experience. Her name was Phyllice and her kindness goes beyond words. Thank you for taking such good care of my son & I and you deserve the biggest shout out. Hope your employers know that you go above and beyond for your patients unlike others working at that facility.

I made an appointment for 10:45. I found the check in process very efficient. Front desk was polite and professional. Erika “Sunshine” couldn’t have been sweeter. She greeted me with a big smile, sat me down, engaged in a little small talk, and drew 3 vials of blood before I knew what hit me. she was absolutely painless and managed to make a blood draw a pleasant experience! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you all for making an inconvenient appointment into the best case scenario! Keep up the good work!!!

Camille had an unpleasant and moody attitude. It seemed like it was such a burden to her to do some customer service and help someone that has never been there before and just needed some guidance. If she doesn’t like working with the public then maybe that job is not a fit for her. Thanks for the wonderful experience(being sarcastic). P.s. maybe she needs some customer service training.
