I’ve only ever had one truly good customer service experience at a LabCorp before today, and this visit completely exceeded my expectations. The service I received was absolutely amazing. Nubia is wonderful — kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She treated me so well and made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. LabCorp needs more people like her. Thank you, Nubia, for turning what is usually a stressful appointment into such a positive one.
The staff here are so incredibly rude.
I was literally there for less than 15 minutes did a bio sample and blood work with a very friendly staff and very quick! 🤠
The older lady at the lab is probably the rudest lab tech I've ever encountered. She is a bully and verbally abusive, and gave out my personal info and lab order while yelling it out in the lobby. I see numerous complaints about her on here, yet she still acts this way...
