Tracy at the Riverside location at Brackton made a huge impact on my experience. I had a rare test that they dont perform on a regular basis. No one knew what to do Tracy took the time to call the hospital and contact my dr to explain the test. She then came out and explained the process to me. I had to get a prescription from the hospital and take a pill at 11pm and go back at 8am next day to get my blood drawn. Tracy took the time and made a difference.
