appointment at 10 and got in at 10:35. others complaining. attendant had some bad people skills. I would also with several complaing. told her I could not work here under these conditions. she needs help.

I have come here multiple times because it's close to my home. But that's all that's good about it. They are always behind and it always takes over 30 mins from ur scheduled appt time. Today I waited 1hr and 20 mins. You need to work on customer service here.
One person covering during the busiest hour? Why on Earth would you do that? How is one employee suppose to check in and take blood??? Terrible planning!!!!
My appointment was at 11:00 AM. It's currently 12:06 PM and I'm still waiting for a urine drug screen. This is probably the 5th time I've been to this labcorp and the experience is always the same. This facility needs new management and a receptionist. Absolutely ridiculous. Several people have walked out due to a long wait time. It's unacceptable to have people waiting for over 2 hours with no update from a receptionist or explanation from any of the staff.
Where is the staff? New management is definitely needee.
