I've had a negative experience twice with a bald White Male, on the shorter side worker there. Last year I brought my daughter and she was scared to get blood drawn and because she cried and panicked a little he told his staff they can't draw her, 3x, 3 separate visits. I have dreaded ever habing to come to this location. Today I check in early 10 am, the kiosk tells me come back at 12:15 I stop at the front desk to ask this male worker if I should leave my paperwork or not, he says no. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my children and I received during a recent visit for lab work. We waited over six hours to be seen. Each time I approached the front desk to inquire about the wait time, I was told “15 minutes,” which continued to be repeated with no explanation or update, ultimately leading to a long and frustrating delay. Horrible experience!! Front desk was rude and incompetent as the appointment she scheduled was mysteriously cancelled. We checked in at 8am and it is now 1:15pm while fasting. I would give zero stars if I could.

very bad service, they are not friendly people. been here 3 times and they are not show the results to my doctor, even i gave them all the information where my doctor location and my doctor also called them to get the result but always not enough information they want to know. i will not come here anymore. they always mess up my results and never get it right. very bad
