They were very nice. I got in early and they saw me before my appointment time. Nice staff. No issues and easy check-in. I saw some of the bad reviews but my experience was nothing but positive.
After confirming my lab work documents with them, they proceeded to draw my blood and give my clinic the wrong results, so I now have to get my blood drawn again…
Well, had an appointment at 11:45am and I arrived less than 6 mins late - So, they didn’t get to me until 1 hour later and I was told in order to have my labs done I would have to do my urine first then draw my blood… Also I was told I am “considered a walk in now” even though I had an appointment- last month when I arrived 15 mins early I was not not seen until 40 later!. I Tried to walk in and they lock the doors and said they were closed 11:30-12:30 and I showed up at 11… They act like we should know what their daily routine and their operations are when the people walk through the door. 🤨🤦♂️ if there was an option to give 0 stars, I would,
Would give zero stars if I could. Front desk is unprofessional and unorganized I had an appointment for a specimen drop off turns out I don’t even need one, waste of time. I get sent to the back to drop off my sample and a bald white guy on a computer doesn’t acknowledge me at all I had to ask him what I’m supposed to do back here with my drop off, he asked weird questions and honestly just made the whole experience even more uncomfortable I would definitely not recommend this place if you have the chance go to another Labco... read more
