Came here because I read that they are able to do pediatric blood draws. Went just as a walk-in and there were already several people there so I was prepared for the wait. While I was waiting there were 3 different people that went up to the front desk to ask when they would be seen, all of which indicated they had scheduled an appointment and were waiting for upwards an hour already. The actual test was very speedy and seamless. I did set up an appointment and I was seen quickly upon arrival. I was told it would be 1-2 business days for results and 3 days later I am still waiting on results. I had a horrible time trying to get ahold of them after the appointment to inform them of a prescription that I have. I’m disappointed by the lack of communication.

Horrible business. Had appointment for 10:30 did everything they said with checking in and waited over 1/2 hour and still never did my blood draw. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Waste of time and money since I did have to leave work

They forgot about me. I sat there for over an hour for a pre employment urine test. Finally, after a second wave of people came and left, i went up to the window and asked for a reason for the delay. She said she would check to see if a room was available, and 2 minutes later, she called me in, and I finally got to use the bathroom. She apologized a couple of times and didn't know how this problem happened.
