I have been here 3 separate times for blood work and each time I have been in and out within 30 minutes as a walk in. I have also never had any bruising and had easy, painless blood draws. I was nervous coming here because of the negative reviews/stars, so I wanted to leave a positive experience (or 3) for people’s peace of mind!
They literally won't answer their phone and won't call back. Is this even a business? This place is trash
No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Needed a question answered if they have a specific test there and decided to cancel my appointment due to never getting a hold of someone. Very frustrating
Never answers the phone. I’m going to have to go in person to ask a question that could be answered over the phone, and I don’t expect that it’ll be answered even in person, based on how many people have left awful reviews for this location. Do better and stop wasting our time. ETA: I stood in the lobby and called them. The phone didn’t ring. The front desk lady lied to me and said that they don’t have time to answer the phone. Not enough employees. They honor appointments first, but then one lady whined and they let her go first.
