Grown women at the front desk acting childish and have an annoyed attitude no matter if you act respectful towards them. Act your age please and remember it is a job not the drive thru of a McDonald’s or Cookout. Then they send me a message saying the Labcorp technician is ready for me whenever they seen me leave after they took their sweet time putting me through even after doing the kiosk and getting the order faxed right then and there.
Worst customer service. Yesterday I went for blood drawn. The front lady was so rude and her behavior was unacceptable. They already did couple of mishaps before like drawn blood but didn’t show up in report etc. Yesterday they posted wrong insurance details on my profile. When I requested them to draw the blood carefully so that there won’t be issue like previous time, they were like super arrogant. I won’t ever recommend this place. My wife went to get her blood work done today. The check-in was very slow, it took 30 minutes for her to be seen. They were constantly chatting with each other as opposed to seeing patients when the waiting room was full. Then the phlebotomist injured my wife's arm- it was bruised and there was an cut from the needle just under the needlestick puncture. Very sad that patient's get treated poorly at this labcorp.
This Labcorp location did a wonderful job! I was in and out within 10 minutes, and the nurse (I believe her name was Ky, based on her lab coat) was excellent. Usually, nurses have a hard time finding a vein and getting blood to flow, but she did it with ease and I felt zero pain. Fantastic job!
I have a positive experience every time I come here! I'm always seen very quickly, everyone has been very friendly and positive, any issues get worked out and I can't say any of this for any other location! I won't go to any other labcorp if I can help it!
