My wife went to get her blood work done today. The check-in was very slow, it took 30 minutes for her to be seen. They were constantly chatting with each other as opposed to seeing patients when the waiting room was full. Then the phlebotomist injured my wife's arm- it was bruised and there was an cut from the needle just under the needlestick puncture. Very sad that patient's get treated poorly at this labcorp.
This Labcorp location did a wonderful job! I was in and out within 10 minutes, and the nurse (I believe her name was Ky, based on her lab coat) was excellent. Usually, nurses have a hard time finding a vein and getting blood to flow, but she did it with ease and I felt zero pain. Fantastic job!
I have a positive experience every time I come here! I'm always seen very quickly, everyone has been very friendly and positive, any issues get worked out and I can't say any of this for any other location! I won't go to any other labcorp if I can help it!
One of the best lab experiences I have had. I groan when a specialist dr office doesn't do its own blood draw and hands you orders to go to a lab. I was pleasantly surprised. Made an appointment for 2:15pm, arrived in the parking lot at 1:45pm and checked in via the text link as I got out of my car. I received a text that they were ready as I locked my car. Staff need. Staffing. Too busy with their phone and chatting with each other to acknowledge customers. If you did not understand or hear the question correctly, you might get beat up.
