So busy. Older gentleman says he s been here for 2 hours and they are not able to tell him how much longer. Seems to happen often. You would think with LabCorp being such a large company they would spend on more staff or larger facility than just to put benches in the lobby because they're is no room in their waiting area here .
Man, what a nightmare! That front desk lady—no clue what her name is—was so cold and rude. Even with the self-check-in machine, she managed to make the whole line a total mess. I mean, how can someone like that even work in a place where they're supposed to help patients? Just... ugh, so bad.
Don't go to this one a a walk unless you have 4 hours to waste. Terrible place. Other Labcorps are way faster. Never again
