Man, what a nightmare! That front desk lady—no clue what her name is—was so cold and rude. Even with the self-check-in machine, she managed to make the whole line a total mess. I mean, how can someone like that even work in a place where they're supposed to help patients? Just... ugh, so bad.
Don't go to this one a a walk unless you have 4 hours to waste. Terrible place. Other Labcorps are way faster. Never again
Went in as a walk in and I was attended in a very timely manner. I checked in at the Kiosk and waited for my name to be called. Provided my paperwork and insurance card. Phlebotomist tech was very kind and helpful. I barely felt the needle poke. The whole process was roughly 45mis if anything, maybe less. I highly recommend this location if lab work is needed.
