The front desk staff and lady were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Communication was also very difficult due to their limited English, which made the overall experience frustrating and unpleasant.
Left with too many bruises! Staff was not qualified 7 attempts!! The wait time was ridiculous even with an appointment, and don’t even get me started on parking!! Never again..
They never answer the phone calls to verify for transportation services verification
I had a wonderful experience today at this lab. I made an appointment before coming and it's my first time to be in this facility. Wait time was very minimal, and front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. Definitely recommend making an appointment to avoid hour wait time. Thanks to the technician who did the blood drawings. She was incredibly gentle, which made the blood draw virtually painless.
