This location is absolutely disgusting although it's located in a somewhat newer medical building. The bathroom that is used to provide a urine sample is not stocked with the necessary supplies (cleansing towelette, etc.), the usual instructions for leaving a clean urine sample are not posted, and the floor was covered in urine. (Thankfully) there was a Swiffer wet jet left in the bathroom so I could mop up the floor before pulling down my pants. 2nd time going here. Very nice and polite staff. Taking care of business. Will definitely recommend and go here next time.
