We went to the lab today to get my 12 year old sons blood work done. He is a very stubborn child and HAS to know exactly why and how everything works. An hour and a half later Derek had him up in the chair and drawing his blood. Both Lydia and Derek walked him through and showed him how it all worked with the up most patience!!! Thank you for making his experience a good one. He was walking around with pride this afternoon.
