Wait times and inefficient staff.
Terrible experience, time really does stand still at this place, checked in at 10 am for a walk in, still waiting 2 pm. I really have nothing nice to say about this place. I hate it here.

One star only cause you can't pick none! I made an appt online 2 weeks ago for a 9:00 am and sat in the Hampden office till 10:10 for a blood draw. Joke never again. People were leaving and commenting. You need more people.
Way too crowded. The Valet had said they were really slow today. Only a couple of empty chairs. So, I left to come try a different day.
