A great place to sit and wait for hours!
Honestly, all the ladies were super sweet, friendly, and helpful. Which is nice, especially first thing in the morning. They were quick and efficient.
Kiosk wouldn't accept my check in, had to do it on my phone. Seemed a little understaffed, was strange having the receptionist do the work as well. Other than that, everyone was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.
Most horrible place, was told to just come back and drop off specimen but when I arrived I was told to check in on kiosk to drop off specimen. Someone literally came to door and told me to go to kiosk, why can’t they be more friendly? You guys need to have someone at the desk in front of you assisting patients.
I love the staff here. It is also set it up so everything from making your appointment, to checking in and having labs drawn, is easy and simple. The lack of added stress is much appreciated.
