Ms Kim is absolutely precious
Poor service and bad experience. Scheduled an appointment but was not seen as walk-ins are taken at the same time as appointments. An hour after appointment I went on, then it was another 30 minutes to draw blood. Waiting room was full. If I could put negative numbers here I would. The techs were managing as best they could but they were very slow. There were only 2 techs with full waiting room all day. Recommend a different lab.
If you have to have blood drawn, this is your best "shot", (Punn intended.) Use online appointments because staff takes you exactly on time, regardless of how many walk-ins are waiting. Staff is good at painless drawing of blood. I love the Foley Labcorp, location, parking, electric entry for wheelchair users like me, great staff, works well with my doctors.
I love this Labcorp office. The employees are professional, kind and prompt. They’re busy every time I’m there but work through it efficiently.
Came here for third trimester bloodwork and to do the glucose test and the ladies went above and beyond. They were out of the glucose drink, however they called all surrounding locations and a local Obgyn office until they were able to get one! They wanted to make sure my trip wasn't wasted and I'm so glad they went the extra mile. They know the importance of getting bloodwork done and genuinely care. Definitely my go-to bloodwork location!
