This place is a damn circus! You make appts with confirmation numbers and walk-ins are seen in equal time (or in my case less). Waited 1hr 10min for a scheduled appt and counted at least 7 walkins pass right by. I finally said something and the front desk clerk said I was next. The person called back three others before me. 3 others got mad and left their appt. before being seen
Two hours were wasted; the appointment time was never on time. Two middle-aged staff members were frantically trying to manage the situation. The room was full of patients, and a little baby was crying because they couldn't get blood drawn. I think the situation got out of control because that white-haired lady retired. Some people gave up and eslked out, said they would never come back here.If I could give a negative review, I would give it three negative stars.
First, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. However, even though we had an appointment, we waited a full hour before being taken back to the 1 phlebotomist for the blood drawn. Walk-in patients were seen before us. The waiting room was overflowing. They have a least 4 rooms, but apparently not enough staff
The absolute worst place to get a blood-draw. 4 people...2 hours, AND THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME. ZERO regard for people's time, no front desk personnel, just a computer to clock into. What a joke! A bad one. Several people have walked out because of this sorry excuse of a company. Disrespectful 0-Stars if I could.
