Kiosk wouldn't accept my check in, had to do it on my phone. Seemed a little understaffed, was strange having the receptionist do the work as well. Other than that, everyone was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.
Most horrible place, was told to just come back and drop off specimen but when I arrived I was told to check in on kiosk to drop off specimen. Someone literally came to door and told me to go to kiosk, why can’t they be more friendly? You guys need to have someone at the desk in front of you assisting patients.
I love the staff here. It is also set it up so everything from making your appointment, to checking in and having labs drawn, is easy and simple. The lack of added stress is much appreciated.
The woman who drew blood for me this afternoon made it quick and painless while being very personable and kind. Amazing.
I had scheduled my appt with them for specific test entire week prior. I am pregnant with twins fasting for over 12 hours, after waiting for 45 min, they told me they don’t offer that service except on this specific day and time. If you don’t offer that service, you shouldn’t have scheduled me, and you shouldn’t have listed. The lady in front of me is a walk in, and I have appointment, I already waited for 20 min past my appointment time, but they took the walk in instead of the scheduled appointment.
