Zero stars! Lazy workers. Sit there and chit chat while there’s 20 people waiting on them. You can tell they don’t want to be there and they don’t care about anyone. They need to be reported to the BBB. Never again will I go here. I’d rather drive an hr than deal with their unprofessionalism.
I have been calling to make an appointment for nearly two hours now and still no one has picked up the phone.. this is disappointing and very poor service.
Check-in is always a pain and blonde receptionist is ALWAYS rude. She really has an attitude. Second time going within 2 yrs and I am not going back.
Had an appointment for over a week for 12:15pm today. Purposely chose this time so I could go on my lunch hour. I arrive early for the appointment to be told they will not honor the 12:15 time because she was the only one there and had to take her lunch hour to do a phone interview. While I’m respectful for people’s lunch break I am disappointed that no one notified me prior to me wasting my lunch hour driving there for the appointment. I have been poked there several times for blood work. I usually ask because I forget how long do I leave the bandage on for. I didn't ask, but I remember from before, 20 minutes. I always watch when they take my blood because I always thought it was neat. The (black) lady was going real fast trying to hurry. Well, when she was taking the last vial off the needle in my arm, she poked the needle further in my arm and it really hurt. I was grocery shopping, so I didn't take the bandage off for 2 hours.
