Awful people work there. A smile might go a long way. Total lack of any type of customer service
If you have to get blood work, go literally anywhere else.
An older gray haired woman at the front desk is always so rude and abrupt. Why is she the face of your customer service? This location is also severely understaffed with 10+ people waiting. It should be closed down.
Horrible place
I’d give 0 stars if I could ! The lady that drew my blood the other day was not friendly whatsoever . I also did not like how an elderly man was being spoken too there. I had to go back for round 2 of blood work today & went to the Wentzville location. Highly recommend!!! Not to mention at the Troy one, the lady hurt me so bad & blew my vein. I have given blood & plasma many of times & am not afraid of needle pokes nor does it hurt me… but I was gripping my leg hard until the lady was over (Troy) . Night & Day difference I t... read more
