I was grossly overpriced for a pre-op lab test over $500 when it should have been under $100 also the staff was extremely rude saying things like I can't believe people still expect service when we had an incident here as if I should have known not to show up for my appointment after driving for an hour and a half...
My husband and I went in to get his blood drawn. There was one person which wasn’t a problem because of a situation that the other person needed to tend to, but the problem was her attitude. My husband is squeamish with needles and has a history of passing out. I didn’t say anything to her about it so he wouldn’t be embarrassed. Would not go here the two ladies in the office will shove the needle in your arm and make it hurt real bad did not like them at all, willing to travel out of the way they will make your arm bruise up real bad
Zero stars! Lazy workers. Sit there and chit chat while there’s 20 people waiting on them. You can tell they don’t want to be there and they don’t care about anyone. They need to be reported to the BBB. Never again will I go here. I’d rather drive an hr than deal with their unprofessionalism.
I have been calling to make an appointment for nearly two hours now and still no one has picked up the phone.. this is disappointing and very poor service.
