I've gone here maybe once or twice before, years ago, to get labs done. I never had an issue and the techs that worked here were wonderful. This experience in particular has pushed me to decide to go elsewhere for my labs. When I arrived, everything was as normal, checked in with the kiosk at the front, got called to the back. The issue started when the nurse, whom actually admitted they are a travel nurse, struggled to find my lab order that was sent in about a week ago. I will never use this location again. Ridiculous customer service
I get labwork every 3 months. When I moved here 7 years ago the staff was professional and efficient. I never waited more than 20 minutes for any test. In the last year the staff has been regularly rude, kept people, even those with appts., Waiting 45 to 90 minutes and this last time I had to come in 4 times to pick up lab kits and they stlll don't have one of them even after telling me on the phone that they do. I'm never coming back!
Incompetent employees and long wait times
consistently do not get our results for patients from this location- even if we are ordering physician
