Check-in is always a pain and blonde receptionist is ALWAYS rude. She really has an attitude. Second time going within 2 yrs and I am not going back.
Had an appointment for over a week for 12:15pm today. Purposely chose this time so I could go on my lunch hour. I arrive early for the appointment to be told they will not honor the 12:15 time because she was the only one there and had to take her lunch hour to do a phone interview. While I’m respectful for people’s lunch break I am disappointed that no one notified me prior to me wasting my lunch hour driving there for the appointment. I have been poked there several times for blood work. I usually ask because I forget how long do I leave the bandage on for. I didn't ask, but I remember from before, 20 minutes. I always watch when they take my blood because I always thought it was neat. The (black) lady was going real fast trying to hurry. Well, when she was taking the last vial off the needle in my arm, she poked the needle further in my arm and it really hurt. I was grocery shopping, so I didn't take the bandage off for 2 hours. Always very slow and unfriendly.
I was told I owed over $200 from testing in 2024. After investigation when I got home and talking to my referring physician and Medicare, I found out they had coded it wrong. Thank goodness I didn’t go ahead and pay them. Also I have not known I was going to need a urine sample and was unable to give enough and instead of telling me to come back after I drink water they told me to take the lab for the blood test and I’d have to come back a second day to get the urine sample.
