I get labwork every 3 months. When I moved here 7 years ago the staff was professional and efficient. I never waited more than 20 minutes for any test. In the last year the staff has been regularly rude, kept people, even those with appts., Waiting 45 to 90 minutes and this last time I had to come in 4 times to pick up lab kits and they stlll don't have one of them even after telling me on the phone that they do. I'm never coming back!
Incompetent employees and long wait times
consistently do not get our results for patients from this location- even if we are ordering physician
I will never go back to this location. Ive been to this location 4 times over the past 5 years. Never once have I had my bloodwork done here. They always give bad information and act like it’s not their problem when you show up and they waste your time. Save yourself the headache and just go to the location in Wentzville or go to Quest.
I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have been here multiple times but I always schedule an appointment. The most I have ever had to wait was a few minutes and the workers have always been professional and efficient. Maybe the takeaway from all these complaints should be that you need to schedule an appointment instead of doing a walk-in visit.
