Front desk was very nice and i was checked in quickly. The young lady drawing blood was rude. There were multiple people waiting in the back to have their blood drawn, and she barked at us asking why we were standing in line. Instead, she could have directed us nicely to a seat behind a curtain. When it was my turn to get my blood drawn I was very nervous. She was not friendly and she acted angry.
