Just bad customer service . I’ve been in laborcorp several times and system is always down and waiting is stupid long . Really bad service .
The lady who helped me was very quiet and nice. She advised that I make an appointment next time as she had ended a rush. I wasn't really able to do so with my current job. I was nervous I forgot to run my appointment on my insurance and I need to get that fixed. She could tell I was having a rough time. The only thing is LabCorp doesn't accept Care credit. I'm not sure why?

I had a great experience at the lab this morning thanks to Jude, the LabCorp technician who helped me with my blood work. She was incredibly sweet, calm, and helpful throughout the entire process. Even though she was the only one working at the time and there were multiple patients waiting, she handled everything smoothly and professionally.
