Impossible to reach. Doesn't answer phones and doesn't respond to voicemails. Will update review once I've had additional experiences with them. Update: I ended making an appointment. When I arrived I was the only one so I was seen within minutes. Usually I believe there is only the nice lady working, but today there was a gentleman supporting temporarily. Just bad customer service . I’ve been in laborcorp several times and system is always down and waiting is stupid long . Really bad service .
The lady who helped me was very quiet and nice. She advised that I make an appointment next time as she had ended a rush. I wasn't really able to do so with my current job. I was nervous I forgot to run my appointment on my insurance and I need to get that fixed. She could tell I was having a rough time. The only thing is LabCorp doesn't accept Care credit. I'm not sure why?
Very patient and kind nurse. Not even a mark on my arm👍
