Judy is very professional and knowledgeable I and many missed her.
I had a lab appointment today, and Jude made the entire process so easy and seamless. She was incredibly professional, efficient, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Her expertise and friendly demeanor truly stood out. I highly recommend Jude for anyone needing lab work—she’s fantastic!
I set an appointment for 1:15 and got a message saying to check in at 12:45. When I arrived at 12:45 the location was not open and several people were waiting outside. The sign on the door says lunch between 11:30-12:30. Waited for over 30 minutes outside the lab. Peered through the door at 1:15. Completely dark inside. So much for an appointment.
I came here to get my blood drawn before work and it was a smooth, quick and easy process. I’m afraid of needles/squeamish and Jude was so sweet! She did a wonderful job and it was over before I could even get too anxious. I so appreciated that.
